41,120 PointsIt's usually best to at least make some attempt at solving it and posting what you've tried. That way we can see where you've gone wrong. I'll explain the overall idea here, which will hopefully allow you to give it a try, and if you still get stuck here, post back with what you tried.
You need to initialise a while loop, add 1 to counter in each loop iteration, and use that counter to access the appropriate array element. Then add that element to sum. The loop should end once counter is no longer less than the length of the array.
