Problem with watching videos on treehouse

Hello, I'm new to the treehouse and I'd like to start learning but I have a problem with watching videos, I can watch videos on platforms like youtube etc but whenever I play video here it is really hard to watch because every second it stops and it is in bad quality.

The only possible reason I can think of is that Tree House videos are shot a higher frame rate for better video and audio clarity. YouTube videos tend to alter the frame rate based on your connection quality.

When you're watching yourYouTube videos click on the gear icon and look for the Quality setting in your video. It's its playing at 144 p or 240 p it means that your network connection is slow.
