Problem with footer background color in css. It did not affect or include the social media icon when I refreshed webpage

Hi, I followed Nick's tutorial to change background-color to orange, but when I refreshed my webpage, it did change the footer background color, however it missed out my Instagram social media icon. The Instagram icon is outside the new orange colored footer box. What is wrong with my code? Does it have anything to do that the Instagram photo size? I tired to reduce file size to 60x60 pixels and saved it to png as well. But when I hover my mouse on the file size it says 4.55KB and Nick's images ranges from 300-731 B.

Hi there! The big problem here is that there actually isn't one. The image that you're linking to is the sort of rounded Instragram icon on a white square. That's what you're seeing there. Had you linked to an Instagram image with a transparent background, then the orange of your footer would show through. Go to the site you have linked and click on that Instagram icon. You should be presented with a window with a black background. You will see a white square, and in the middle, is the icon. This is where the white border around the icon is coming from.
