Hello, does anyone has that problem i have paid for a basic account here and even the billing it's at my billing history i can't open even a video there, i have contact the support but usually takes some days until I recieve answer, I hope someone have an idea what's wrong.

That's strange, I just checked out your account and was able to play videos from it with no issue. Have you sent us an email about this? If not, I would advise doing so and we can give you some troubleshooting tips. You can reach our Support team directly at help@teamtreehouse.com.

We typically respond to an email within 7 minutes of receiving it, unless that email is sent outside of normal business hours. I show we've already responded to your email, but to clarify for others who may run into this the issue was that your payment had not yet settled. The payment settled this morning and you now have access.
