Hi why when I use System.out.println("Error was %s", iae.getMessage()); it gives me an error, and thus only works with System.out.printf ? printf instead of println

Treehouse Teacherprintf
is used to print a formatted string, it accepts additional arguments. println
is short for print line, and it only takes one String
. It doesn't allow formatting, so it doesn't accept additional arguments.
That make sense?
