Presentation Website

For a school project I decided to make a website because we do this same project a lot and every time we have to come up with a different idea to present it, so website it is. It's basically a presentation about Neitzsche's philosophy so we(my group and I) broke it down into 5-6 sections and for one of the sections I wanted to make it animate. It's a story where this crazy man walks up to a church says some things walks away and says some more things.

Since everyone in the class will be on the site on their iPads I was thinking of doing either parallax.js(so they side scroll through the story and they can see the cool parallax effect) or using css animations(make it move and tell the story basically on repeat over and over again) but I can't decide which is best.

What would you do? Would you rather see everything move as u move ur ipad or rather watch a animation and see the whole story play out? Any insight into this is greatly appreciated as making a website solely for a presentation is very different from the conventional website design.
