Please, can someone tell me if all tools that are used in the project called "Ribbit" are valid now?

The "Ribbit" project is recorded in 2013 and I can understand that some of the tools may have changed since we are in 2015 now. But what I want to know is that are these classes and code available today?? For example the usage of fragments is it still valid as in videos ?

I'm trying to figure out Fragments when I came across your question. It doesn't look like they've updated the video yet for this and its quite confusing. And none of the other Android classes I've seen so far go over Fragments that I can find.

There was a fellow who at least updated the code and posted this thread for Studio users:
