Go back to the task where the header element was added, and read the instructions carefully. The header was supposed to enclose a bit more than shown in this code.

This is what is whats on this code challenge. You just told me not to add or remove content.

I think you're referring to a different question where the code shown had several empty elements. But this time, it's just a matter of which parts were enclosed and which not. The instructions for task 1 say "Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside ...", but the header element in the code above is placed to only enclose the ul.
