I don't have PHPMyAdmin as an option on the site I'm seeing. Under Tools, the MAMP site says it needs PHP 5.5.x to 7.0.x and only has phpliteadmin available and when I try to use that it just takes me to a blank page...

2,454 PointsHi, Jackson For some reason that I don't know why, when you are using PHP 7.1.1 in your MAMP 4, the PHPMyAdmin is not available. The solution that I've been using was to set the version of PHP to 7.0.15. PHPMyAdmin will be available again when you change to this version.
