Hi, I already have notions of HTML, CSS, a JS, but no PHP, which courses should I take to be able to fully understand how to develop Wordpress themes?

I would recommend WordPress Development track.

I just completed PHP Basics and working on PHP Functions. So, I would recommend to start from PHP Basics than follow up with PHP Functions to have better foundation on PHP.
