PHP Arrays and Control Structures- Coding Challenge - Contacts List and Emails - Task 1

Can't quite understand what needs to be done in this task, can someone help please

i've given you a start:

$contacts = array( 
  array ('name'=>'Alena Holligan'),
  'Dave McFarland',
  'Treasure Porth',
  'Andrew Chalkley'
);

Next, you'll need to make the other names into arrays. After this, you add an email element for each of the people emails, then use to array to produce output.
