So I just watched this video with Nick Pettit:

I'm trying to get better with Photoshop and I'm trying to become more creative. I can often struggle thinking of expansive ideas for websites.
I enjoyed the video.
However I then stumbled across this post from Nick:

It appears the post above is before the course (although I may be wrong).
So where do we stand?
The responsive design point is a very good one, how can you possibly design in PS when you need sites to be responsive?
I don't know too much about vector graphics/svg but is this how you can keep your site responsive?
