30,164 PointsPhotoshop Error message
I am using photoshop CS6,
When opening the treehouse .psd image from treehouse downloads. An error message pops up:
** Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output. **
So naturally 2-3 layers are missing, am I the only one or is there a way to fix this issue.

33,856 PointsIs the font Museo 300 regular? If so, just go here and get the font (if you don't already have it), and select Museo from the menu with the text tool selected. I'm not sure why it thinks the font is still missing, other than maybe it's a slightly different file or version of the font. Looks identical on my machine.

33,856 PointsHey Tommy, just read what the fonts are, Google and install
P.S. I changed the topic to design for you.

30,164 PointsGreat advice Justin! would I add something like this to fontbook?
Dustin Matlock
33,856 PointsThe fonts in the PSD file should at least be free for personal use. Therefore, you should be able to use Font Book to install the missing fonts. If you give me the names, I might be able to find them for you, but it should be fairly easy.

30,164 PointsSo I added to fontbook but the situation is the same.

30,164 PointsSorry Dustin but I am going to have to put a pin on it. I have the font downloaded and all but photoshop doesn't seem to respond to it, after I took your advice and added it to fontbook. I restarted Photoshop in the hopes that it will refresh and recognize the addition of the font, but the same pop up message appears. Anyhow I do think it is strange but I should move forward with the lessons.
