@3:12 Assuming the password is case-sensitive ...
The example shows both lower-case and UPPER-case letters -- which means there are an additional 26 possibilities per character, or 26+26+10+33 = 95, in this example.
Not to mention that the number of special characters varies widely from system to system.
So I hope everyone's taking the actual numbers here with a grain of salt. :)
I don't think it's the point of the example anyway, but rather, how quickly the number of possibilities increases with the addition of each new character.
