I have been stuck on this challenge for awhile. Can't figure out the problem!

Create a new int variable that is named answer. Store the integer version of answerToLife in it.

ParsingInts.java
String answerToLife = console.readLine("42");
int answer = Integer.parseInt("42");

You should pass answerToLife into the parseInt method instead of hardcoding "42"
