Check the following: <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800|Changa+One' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
You have single (') marks after each of your values. Replace href, rel, and text references with double quotes ("). This may help with your issue. Good luck!
