how exactly does this work? I've only started this course so am i jumping too far ahead asking this early?

4,634 PointsI believe that Microsoft Outlook has some GUI functionality which will take the code contained within the email received, and render it in your default browser. This may include inserting an extra line of text (to the effect of "view this email online") into the top of your code. The above line of code removes any padding around this content which may insert weird spacing into your HTML once the email has been received by an Outlook 2007 user.
