14,441 PointsFirst of all, your link markup is not written well. It need to be like this (inside the self-closing tag):
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css">
Then, be sure you've created the style.css file inside your folder.

20,927 PointsHi Carolee, In addition to Simon's response, make sure you include that link in the head of all of our pages. Also, your style block should be moved to the head. Hope this helps!
