On a quiz, I cannot get the answer to be pressed and proceed to the next video.

I am starting a course and it is the java basics, I finished watching the first video, now I am on the quiz. When I press the answer to the third question, the button c cannot be clicked and the button next question cannot be clicked. I do not know what to do anymore.
