nuget packages and team foundation server source control

Good evening sir thank you for this course . At work in a team environment , we have a solution containing many projects which reference Entity Framework 6.1.3 and one project references the 6.4.4 version of entity framework while downloading the solution from TFS i cannot add a migration (Entity framework Code first approach ) an error occurs (a default constructor is missing) on the nuget package manger console . Have you got an idea please ?
