Hi there! The rules and selectors are fine. But take a close look at your media query. Those rules are supposed to be inside the media query. Your media query looks like this currently:

@media screen and (min-width:480px) {

  } 

It's empty. But if you move that closing curly brace into the correct place your code passes both steps!
