not sure why my code wont work .

The constant greeting in your finalGreeting string constant is not interpolated. If you use interpolation in finalGreeting you will need to drop the "+" as well, because as it is the "+" is part of your string output instead of concatenating the string constants.

the plus doesn't go in the string, it connects the strings. "string1" + "string2" etc. also only make the variables it asks for, like it asks for them, nothing extra.
