iOS Protocols in Swift Protocol Basics Declaring a Protocol

not sure why int and string arent declaring the var as the respective types

any helps apprciated

Hi Maxwell,

Just the age needs to be gettable and settable. You can also remove the semicolons. See below for the proper syntax.

protocol User {
  var name: String { get }
  var age: Int { get set }
}
