You are close man. Let's see if we can't get you squared away with some hints/tips. The issues we need to cover are with the following code:

        public void acceptCustomer(Customer customer) {

           // need to change this back. You just want to declare the csr for now.
           // Also, you will need to consider what the poll method does. What other 
           // method could you use from the Queue class that would not remove
           // an item from the queue?
          // Lastly, it helps tremendously to follow along each step provided by the 
          // comments given. Let us do that now..........No if /else statements needed.

           if (csr == null) {

           } else {
