870 PointsNot on the Leaders Board
Why is it that I cannot see myself on the org's leaderboard? I have a disclaimer that says "Let's get started! You're not on the leaderboard yet, but now is a great time to learn a new skill..."

870 Pointshello Steven Parker I don't seem to understand the above answer

231,269 PointsThere are settings on the leaderboard. Where it says "Past 90 Days", you can click and select other time ranges, including "All Time". And where you see the headings "Points Badges Challenges Videos Quizzes", you can click on them to change which one the list is ordered by.
So based on the setting, even someone who has been on the list for a long time might still see "You're not on the leaderboard yet" on some settings. But change the settings and you will get a different display.

231,269 PointsSometimes it still tells me that, depending on the time frame. Right now it says that to me if I set it for "Last Week".
Try changing the interval drop-down to "All Time" and/or sort by "Points" (I think "Videos" is the default).
