Ruby Build a Simple Ruby on Rails Application Getting Started with Rails Generate a Rails Application

not getting the RoR page when i submit 127.0.0.1:3000. i'm on a windows.

http://0.0.0.0:3000/doesnt work either even though that's what my rails server shows on command promt..

Try http://localhost:3000/ . Is the server running properly in the terminal?

It doesn't look like it is.

So...when you create a new rails app, go to its folder (cd treebook) and run rails server, what happens in the terminal?
