ive looked through over 10 solutions where people had this problem but for some reason mine still isnt working. I must be overlooking something but im not sure what it is

the responsive.css file is in the css folder. I checked over 20 times. i also checked on different browsers and everything but nothin is working

i changed computers and my responsive.css file wasnt in the main css file. however on my laptop it clearly was inside it. must have been some glitch on my laptop. but anyways thanks to everyone who tried to help!!

I pasted your code above into Workspaces and I get a navy (actually it looks more like royal blue) background in Firefox. Is there some other code in your CSS that could be overriding this @ media rule?
