18,814 Points0.8 em is indeed not a font weight value. You'll want to use the values specified in the font you're using. Usually something like 300 for light, 400 for normal, 700 for bold, ect.
The em unit is used to specify font sizing, so you won't be able to use it for font weights.

18,814 PointsYup! You decide which fonts weights you want to load from google when you pick your fonts. Usually you don't want to add weights unless you're going to use them. I think it might default to normal only, and then you can add things like light, bold, or semi-bold if your font supports them.
