order.getDiscountCode(); // ABC
order.applyDiscountCode("$ale");
order.getDiscountCode(); // $ALE

order.applyDiscountCode("ABC123");
} catch (IllegalArgumentException iae) {
System.out.println(iae.getMessage()); // Prints "Invalid discount code"
}
try {
// This will throw as well, because it contains a symbol.
order.applyDiscountCode("w@w");

System.out.println(iae.getMessage()); // Prints "Invalid discount code"

64,262 PointsHi Jose,
It looks like you've got part of this right by calling normalizeDiscountCode in applyDiscountCode, but normalizeDiscountCode is supposed to return an uppercase version of the string it's given. So you'll want to take the String argument it's given and return that String toUpperCase.
Hope that helps, Evan
