27,513 PointsDo you need a # in front of both wrapper and logo? If it is an ID then it is a # but if it is class then it requires a .(period) in front.

8,593 PointsThe Problem is with the font-family in h1 I don't see any issue with the syntax, but I am not able to clear this test

3,221 PointsIt may be that you need to add a link for the 'Open Sans' stylesheet:
<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
Once you've inserted this link into your HTML file your CSS should work. :)
At least that's what I had to do.
I hope this helps.
