normalize.css has no affect on my index.html file

When I <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css"> nothing changes!

Hi Nathan! Every time you ask something, try to provide the code or some kind of example in order we can help you out! What do you mean with "it has no effect"?? Actually normalize.css doesn't generate that much change when used , just help to render the elements more consistently...so maybe it's already working but you just did not notice it?...

Nevermind I found my answer I didnt realize that the version in the video is an old version and that the new one, version 3, doesnt remove bullet points.
