None of my asset folders are there. what did i do wrong?

i followed all the steps and downloaded the all the things off unity he said yet none of my assets will show up in my project panel.

Did you follow this video at 7:50? https://teamtreehouse.com/library/install-unity

If not just make a new Project and save it. Close Unity. Look the new project folder. In it you will find Assets and Project settings. Copy the Treehouse content into your new project. In assets the downloaded assets and in Project settings the treehouse project settings

I've already had it installed on my Mac, for some reason, installing it again from the website solved it.
