Courses Plus Student 2,635 PointsNo directory listing!!
Heya!! I am desperate for answers!! I am using Godaddy for my domain and Candyhost for my hosting. I had a little bit of trouble logging into my account using Cyberduck and FileZilla. Once I finally logged on I noticed I didn't have any directory listings, as in "www" file. It loads and says logged in, then "0 files found". I have been looking for answers everywhere but nothing seems to be fixing my problem. Any help would be amazing!!!
Thanks!!

5,673 PointsNot necessarily.
This could also be a permissions issue. Did you contact Godaddy and ask them to check if your FTP user is set up correctly? That you can not access the root directory of your webspace?
I experienced something like this in the past. It would allow me to log in, however the directory was empty in my FTP client. The solution was to contact the host.. they fixed the FTP user.
