no code coming up in challenge

I'm on a code challenge and no code is coming up for me to manipulate

On the screen you see the css file. All you need to do is add the css that is being asked. There is no html file to click here. But you can click the preview button and it will show you what the page looks like. Other challenges do include both files but not this one. Hope this helps
