835 PointsNo Brakets on my keyboard
Hi! Believe it or not, there are no brackets on my keyboard! I found the key strokes to make them. These work in MS Word, but when I enter those in the workspace, what appears looks more like a bullet point. Is there a way for me to get brakets, other than buying a new laptop? Thanks!

I'd be surprised if there wasn't a way built into your laptop to actually type the brackets via a function key setting or something, though. You might have a read through your documentation but, personally, I would just find a freebie replacement/expansion app if I was typing the same things over and over again.

835 PointsHi Mike, I tried ALT 12296 & ALT 12297, which make brackets in MS word, but Workspace didn't recognize them. Then I tried 〈 & 〉 Those didn't work on Workspace, either. I'm not surpised, but it was worth a try. I'll sign off and play around with my function key. When I searched the web, I got those commands & that's it. Cross your fingers my Function key bears fruit! If not, I'll search for replacement/expansion app. Thanks, Lynda
