New frog object question

Around 24:20 in the video a new frog object is created. Where does this object exist? Is it a standalone javascript file? It doesn't go in treehouse.js. I'm building this locally and I just got derailed there. I wish there were files included for this in the downloads

the frog object is another / standalone javascript file, apart from treehouse.js
