I'll kick things off! ๐ฌ
I'm Ryan Mouser, the Content & Community Marketing Specialist here at Treehouse. I was 15 years old when I started learning to code in PHP for a popular text-based MMORPG game. I've been with Treehouse for over 2 years now and have had the amazing opportunity to wear many different hats. I've been learning with Treehouse since 2015 (you can check out my previous profile here).
Currently, I'm working alongside our world-class team on some exciting opportunities to bring the Treehouse Community closer together. Stay tuned! ๐
Outside of Treehouse, I have the joy of living life with my incredible wife, our 3 awesome kids, and our 2 cat furbabies. We love to make music, garden, cook, play games, and watch fun TV (Schitt's Creek Season 6 is on Netflix!)
I have so many dream projects I'd love to build! One of my dream projects would be an MMO virtual world where you can design your own avatar that can explore and attend high-quality events such as concerts. Celebrities, bands, and more would be able to create their own avatars and have a professional team that provides a high-quality audio experience for them to perform live with lights, choreography, instrument isolation (mixing), etc!
How about yourself? Get as "pie in the sky" as you'd like! ๐ฅงโ ๏ธ๐
You can connect with me on LinkedIn here. Looking forward to connecting with y'all!
Happy networking! :)

Hi I am Mel, an aspiring game developer and very soon-to-be Python TechDegree graduate. cheer
My dream project is developing an incredibly unique, beautiful, and fun MMORPG!!! Whether it's at a large AAA game studio, a game studio that is on the rise, or potentially my own game studio some day! (Dream big, right?!)
Feel free to connect with me on linkedin! I love meeting new Treehouse friends <3 https://www.linkedin.com/in/melrumsey/

4,581 PointsAfter seeing MMORPG twice I had to google it. So cool! I always wondered what became of Dungeons And Dragons! As you can tell I am ancient. But I can't wait to try one of these so I am shopping around for a really great MMORPG experience. I only ever played D&D once ever and I believe they let me win after 24 hours almost non-stop playing. Actually I'm very lucky at card games and board games so maybe I did get somewhat of a win that was more likely a who could drink the most coffee contest was my suspicion.

Treehouse ModeratorGlenn! I am ALL about the D&D!!!

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 17,884 PointsHi,
Lets see... the project of my dreams... After "Snowmaggeddon" of 2018 in the Pacific Northwest, I got an idea to build a homemade bulldozer robot. I actually got it built enough to take it for a test run but my challenge was weight. Shelved for now while I rethink the design. My dream would be to build something awesome and then blog/talk about the project design/help others online.
Nice to meet everyone. I'm Matt, and I happened upon Treehouse not long ago while browsing the web looking for for a new learning platform. I decided to give it a go. I have dabbled with C/C++ for a few years. Prior to to that, in my youth I dabbled with PHP and site building. Now I'm ready to give it another go and hopefully be able to make a living with the knowledge, or--at least-- supplement my income.
I am currently going through the JavaScript track and am nearly 1/4 of the way through. I must admit--I am learning a lot and it keeps getting more and more interesting!
If you would like to network with me, my linkedIn profile is: Matt's LinkedIn. I would be happy to network with anyone who shares similar interests as me.
I don't have much online right now to show everyone other than my linkedIn, but some of my hobbies & interests include:
- Learning new things - I would consider myself a life-long learner
- Computers (CompTIA A+ Certified)
- Game Design (GMS2) - Currently working on a new take of the old Facebook game Pixel Ranger.
- Making/Robot Building/Design (Arduino/Raspi)
- Tech
Glad to be here-- I hope I can meet some others with similar interests.
Thanks! Matt

1,071 PointsVery creative with your skillset Matt. Maybe one day y0u will do a video showcasing the homemade bulldozer robot ;-)
Ryan Mouser
400 PointsHey Matt - nice to meet you! Best of luck on your Bulldozer Robot! :D
Glenn Robinson
4,581 PointsHey Matt! As I was thinking about your robotic bulldozer I drifted to my pie in the sky place and have brought you back a piece. What if instead of moving all that Angel Dirt and dealing with weight we come up with a laser curtain (and then have the issue of water)? Mini nuclear fusion reactors are actually a thing these days. Being from a northern State I too have fantasies of nuking snow drifts and starting www3 (Weather World War 3).

4,581 PointsI want to build an online News Network where the reporters, photographers, and anchorpersons are non-paid citizens. It would pair States by the most opposing demographics and the news would be only shared primarily between two States until a certain level of viral activity was reached and then it would go national. It would include features that enable citizens to monitor Police cameras in real time. Citizens could follow whatever cop in their city that they want to follow. If a cops camera is powered off, citizens can turn them on with the press of a button. All proceeds from the adds will fund the Police. This would enable City governments to defund the Police and bolster other social services in the City while the Police cams generate more revenue than the City had provided for them through tax dollars. Everybody wins.
Hello World! My name is Glenn Robinson.
Not sure how to share my LinkedIn, but I'm on there as Glenn Robinson.
The only link I have to a project I'm working on at the moment is to my PowerPoint business proposal seeking funds for a new recovery facility we named Recovery Now. My mentor and I are working to open it up next year but... as we did our very presentation yesterday to my college roommate's company, we found out that it was so off the mark, I'm not sure if I want to share the link until I revise it. But I love our mission statement that I came up with:
Recovery Now seeks to send love deep into the Past To medicate with compassion the Mind at Present To strengthen and arm the Spirit with a purpose for the Future To heal the Body of others, so as To heal ourselves
