Need help installing Xampp on my computer

I installed xampp on my computer but it will not launch because of port 80 errors. I have changed the port for IIS7 and disabled it; I have deleted Skype. How do I find out what other device or software is using that port? Below are the errors I get when it launches. Can anybody help me please? Thanks.

Thanks Dustin. Most of that stuff was over my head, but the link to lynda.com put me on the right track and from there I eventually got the issue resolved. Thanks again.
