This code is not working for this challenge I need the answer

I can see you have an extra closing anchor </a> tag in your code after the images.

The tasks says "Inside the <footer> element, add the images facebook-wrap.png and twitter-wrap.png from inside the img folder. Be sure to include an appropriate alternate attribute for each. Don’t link them yet."

You should only have this ff. under the footer element.

Also there is a space in the facebook image src, but agreed, the closing anchor tags should not be there because 1) challenge says not to add them, 2) there isn't an opening anchor tag
