Your very close to the solution with your code but I can see 2 mistakes:
To check if n is a multiple of 7 we need to use the equality (==) operator instead of the 'not' operator (!=)
Your append method is incomplete, as currently it's not appending anything, we want to append 'n'
Which would look like this:
Results.append(n)
