Hi guys!
I'm just starting my own business and I found a couple of issues. Let me explain them:
Links in emails. I have been trying to do some mailings to reach more people. I'm using an app that sends pre-designed emails. Some of those emails have a link inside, to another web or a pdf with information. I have noticed that when my costumers resend these emails to other people, the link is lost. I'm not sure if the problem is how the emails are programmed (they are sent from an iOS Tablet App) or the program they are using. How can I set the links in the mail?
Website videos. I have some videos on my website. Most of them work well and I have no problem with them. Three of them, when I click on them, they open in a separate tab. Why is this happening? it's supposed they are programmed the same way to the others.
