N.B Due to actors being removed from the database the 701st row has the id of 702

SQL Playground - Stage 1 Practice Offsetting Actors

I don't understand the meaning of this question. Would anyone tell me what this question means? Thank you in advance.

They're just letting you know that the ID numbers will be different from the row numbers, so you won't think getting id's from 702 to 721 is wrong.
