NameError Message

I don't understand the NameError message I keep receiving with this:

print("Hello") print(name)

errors.py
print("Hello")
print(name)

print("Let's do some math!")
print(5 + "a")

print("Thanks for playing along!')

Hey Michelle, name error means there is no variable like name. So, you have to pass it as a string. Put double coute around it and it will pass. I am pasting full modified code....

print("Hello")
print("name")

print("Let's do some math!")
print("5" + "a")

print("Thanks for playing along!")

I tried that and I still received the same error message.

Believe me it works. I just checked. Make sure you are typing exactly what I pasted.

Hi again - Thank YOU for your help. I just tried it again and it worked. :)
