I don't understand why the compiler is saying I'm not assigning the value of the 5th item in the index to a constant named value... That's exactly what I'm doing. At least that what I think I'm doing. LOL

Your right! However they require that you use the variable names which they mentioned in the question so:
let value:Int = arrayOfInts[4]
