MySQL Workbench opens, but I get a "NO CONNECTION" to Name: Local instance MySQL Host: 3306 Port: 3306

Error message: Error Subscribing to WMI Events There was an error subscribing to WMI Events, this may be caused by a security settings misconfiguation on a local or remote machine.

Call was canceled by the message filter. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010002 (RPC_E_CALL_CANCELED))

Also: the service MySQL57 failed the most recent status change request with the message The service MySQL57 was not found in the Windows Services If problem persist please restart MYSQL Notifier

I also have MySQL in Xampp

I finally got MySQL WOrkbench to work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling MySQL, didn't work. Tried uninstalling XAMPP, didn't work. Created a new user, it's working now. Should I try to reinstall XAMPP?
