131 PointsMySQL server light not turning on after turning servers off and on. Apache light is on. Why?
Followed instructions on opening text editor, typing "test", saving in appropriate directory, etc. That worked fine. Then followed instructions on turning servers off, then on again. After doing this though, the MySQL server light did not turn back on. Apache server light is on. What is going on here?

You can change this in your php.ini
file.
Itโs difficult to provide precise instructions for changing these sorts of details as there are so many different local servers out there and itโs not something to do lightly.
Try on searching on Google for your server or local server environment and the symptoms youโre experiencing (I sound like a doctor there ๐) and hopefully youโll find some detailed instructions on how free up the port and get access to SQL on your server again.
Good luck. :-)
