MySQL has different views than shown here

I did exactly as shown on video, but when I run it on my mac, it has different views. I only see something like .... MySQL Connections on top/ and black backround. I even can not find what tutor shows on the next videos...

I had the same problem - it was a real pain!

The workbench has all been updated so it looks very little like the video. If you got that far, you have probably done it correctly.

After I struggled to get up and running, I found this article which covers what you need to know.
