678 PointsMy website has disappeared.
I successfully hosted my website on the recommended student hosting platform.
After successfully hosting and then trying to re-connect to it via a ftp service plugin through chrome, my website disappeared.
My domain name is itimhamilton.com, and if you visit it, you can see that the name is redirecting to a parked page. I checked my DNS pointers on namecheap, and they are still set to the student hosting service.
What is going on?

33,856 PointsTim, did you get it working? Looks like it's up on my end.

678 PointsI am getting "this is not available" in incognito mode, and on top of that I can't access the site anymore through an ftp service. Why is that?

33,856 PointsYour IP address is most likely blocked by the host for either an incorrect password or too many server requests. You'll probably have to submit a support ticket and ask them to whitelist your IP address.

678 PointsYes, you are right. I am running a hotspot right now with my phone. I can access the site through that. I have put in a ticket to get my ip whitelisted. Thank you Dustin!
p.s. I was able to update my site too. I am much more proud of how it looks now.

678 PointsHahaha wow that is so funny. That means my IP must be blocked for some reason. I still cannot access it through my browser, or with an sftp application.
I am not sure how you added a photo, I am trying to figure out markdown now. That was my best shot for now.

33,856 PointsLooks like you're getting a cached version. Try incognito or try another browser. DNS is also different across the world. Looks like New Zealand is the only place not propagated at the moment.
