10,315 PointsSave time. Use Bootstrap or Foundation. If you want to get really good look at Singularity. Frameworks will help you publish apps and sites faster. If you think about it unless you create your own framework you'll be spending a lot of time on calculations. Another great timesaver is Yeoman.
