my progress wont save and at times it wont let me type anymore...this is annoying

I haven't had any issues with my progress not saving but occasionally it won't let me type. Fortunately this has been easily fixed for me by clicking on the tab of whatever writing area is giving me the issue. Scrolling my web browser up or down also seems to help.
